Day 5 Adventure | Discovering inner peace and greater vitality through your own breath!
My shamanic teacher started our weekly class with a breathing exercise. He didn’t explain anything instead he guided us to experience the power of our own breath. I laid down on my yoga mat and followed his instructions. I did notice some resistance at first but we were encouraged to persevere. After a few more breaths I entered into a deep and peaceful state.
After this profound experience I decided to make breathwork part of my well-being routine. After each practice I feel better, lighter and more alive.
I have chosen this SOMA guided breathing exercise especially for you. It’s a simple breathing technique which requires no prior experience on your part. Find a comfortable space, lie down, make sure you are not disturbed for 20 minutes and enjoy connecting to deep inner peace. Give it a try and experience the power and peace of your breath.
