In case you don’t know, Aunt Flo is just one of the ‘funny’ names used to describe menses aka menstrual cycle. Funny as the names are, there is nothing funny about it when you go through other m & m’s month after month – menstrual cramps, migraines, etc. Being a woman doesn’t get any easier when you age. For some, menopause is just as difficult a time as when you are menstruating.
