Throughout the years I have realized that we are basically living a story that we have been telling ourselves. However, there is a chance that my own story is merely a point of view…it is relative to what I think I have experienced. If I change what I think of me and my history (my story)… I could change my present. For the past 22 years I have been working on doing exactly that, through meditation, mindfulness and conscious living. This way I have been able to have a broader point of view of my own life and story and consciously choose what I want to experience in my future. I may not succeed all the time… but now I have a lot more incredible moments in my life than the ones I don’t want to experience. I accompany people in their journey to conscious living so they can create a new story of their lives.
